battery maintenance tips

Everyone is using the battery nowadays, whether in your vehicle or for inverter, so along with using the battery, it is also important to maintain it because you have to spend a lot of money in getting another battery.  

In this post, you will learn some such tips on the maintenance of the battery, by following which the battery will not get spoiled quickly and its life will also be almost doubled.

 Some important tips for battery maintenance are given below.  

1 (Water) The most important thing for the battery is that the amount of water in the acid present inside the battery should not be less.  Because when the battery is repeatedly charged and discharged, the amount of water in the acid present inside the battery gradually decreases by burning, so it becomes necessary to check the water level inside the battery from time to time.  

And if the amount of water inside the battery has decreased, then water should be added to it immediately because if we do not pour water inside the battery from time to time, then the amount of water in the acid present inside the battery will gradually decrease and finally  Pure acid will remain which will destroy the plates of the battery and damage the battery.

2 (Over-discharge) The battery should never be over-discharged because if the battery is repeatedly over-discharged, there is a possibility of the battery getting damaged very quickly.  Therefore, the battery should never be discharged more than necessary.

3 (use continuous) We should keep using the battery continuously because if we do not use the battery continuously, then the battery will get spoiled within 6 months to 1 year, so we should keep using the battery continuously.

4 Never touch the two poles (positive and negative) of the battery with any metal object, because by doing so, the joint of the plates inside the battery get heated and separate and the battery gets damaged.

And apart from this, keep a little garis on both the poles of the battery, so that dirt will not accumulate on the pole of the battery and never allow dust and water to accumulate on the battery.  

Note - Never use dirty water in the battery, always use distilled water in the battery because by pouring dirty water in the battery white scum gets deposited on the plates and the battery gets damaged.  

RO water or rain water can also be used for the battery.
